TERMS AND CONDITIONS Hafod cottage: We choose to keep our tariffs fair and reasonable, and like to provide an opportunity for people to stay in a particularly beautiful and secluded part of the Snowdonia National Park. Our accommodation is simple but we hope you will find it comfortable and tasteful. In over thirty years we have only twice had guests who were unhappy with the cottage and chose to leave early. We have had many happy guests who often return. To avoid any problems please note: if you are in any way unhappy with the accommodation you must contact us before midday on the day after you arrive. This will give us the opportunity to respond to your concerns or if it is not possible to do so, it will enable you to leave and receive a refund (less non-refundable deposit). ~~~~~~~~~ We accept a maximum of five people and TWO DOGS at Hafod cottage. Please do not arrive as a group with more people or dogs! Contact us first. Additional charges will apply.
Hafod cottage - cleaning DEPOSIT of £150. Please pay by PayPal (as a frend, guest pays PayPal fee) so we can easily refund if you leave the cottage clean and tidy. DOG OWNERS - please bring bedding and towel for your dog and be sure to clean any paw prints and spattered mud from walls, doors and floors. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture or if your dog is used to going on furniture please bring clean covers. If the furniture is marked by your dog we might have to keep your deposit.
BED LINEN can be hired at an extra cost of £15 per bed (must be ordered in advance). We do not provide towels.
A non- refundable deposit of 50% of the tariff (made payable to Noelle Griffiths by bank transfer or PayPal) is required when booking. A confirmation letter and map will be sent on receipt of your deposit, full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. CANCELLATION: if you need to cancel and give us enough notice we might be able to re-book your week(s), if we can re-book we will re-fund your deposit less £50.

Payment in sterling: can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal. Please note we do not pay the charge for Paypal transactions. Payment in euros, dollars etc: can only be paid by Paypal. Please note that we only refund overseas deposits via Paypal and we do not pay any charges for Paypal transactions.
